Anyone have any experience with local plastic surgeons? Specifically for the boobs? Mine seem to have imploded in on themselves and I'm thinking about getting that er, fixed. Just a lift. No implants.

Names? Where NOT to go? Etc Etc. Places with financing is a GIANT plus.
